Project Implementation Specialist

On-site at Lansworth Corporate Headquarters – Coon Rapids, MN

Position Overview

Lansworth Pharma SelfServe, U.S. distributor of an automated pharmacy prescription pickup solution, is seeking a hands-on Project Implementation Specialist to join our growing team in Coon Rapids, MN.

This on-site position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who enjoys rolling up their sleeves to manage multiple aspects of customer deployments—from pre-staging and shipping to installation coordination and support, with opportunities for growth to expand skillset. The role is key to ensuring each kiosk installation runs smoothly while supporting both immediate project success during pre-sale and long-term customer satisfaction in the post-sale process.

  • Installation Coordination & Field Support

  • Customer Support & Training (Secondary)

Daily Responsibilities

  • Prioritize multiple project deadlines in various stages of sales process.

  • Prepare and send installation documentation to customers and contractors.

  • Lead Zoom calls and effectively engage with customers to review site rollout timelines and project updates.

  • Coordinate site preparation and ensure compliance with technical and electrical requirements.

  • Stage, test, and package pharmacy kiosk units for shipment.

  • Respond to support inquiries or escalate as needed.

  • Update internal systems and project dashboards with current project status.

Qualifications

  • Preferred college education or vocational technical training and/or experience in project coordination, field service, or technical operations, ideally in hardware or technology installations. Experience in pharmacy is a plus!

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Basic understanding of networking, electrical connections, and IT setup (training provided).

  • Comfortable using project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to lift and move hardware as needed for staging or setup.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for installations if needed.
